Returns & Exchanges
To ensure the best customer experience, Clintscigars will accept the return of product(s) purchased at their websites. Product(s) must be returned and received by Clintscigars within 15 days of the on-line purchase date. See the specific recommendations below for handling the various scenarios for returning a product.
1. RETURN A PRODUCT - IT ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION, BUT I NO LONGER WANT THE PRODUCT.
- Clintscigars will refund your credit card for the amount of the product you purchased including any taxes.
- The costs of shipping and handling to send you the original product will not be refunded.
- The cost of shipping the product back to Clintscigars.com will not be refunded.
- Clintscigars will refund your credit card. Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.
- Returned items must be in their original condition for a refund to be approved. If a product has been worn or used it cannot be returned.
2. RETURN A PRODUCT - IT ARRIVED DAMAGED, IT WAS DEFECTIVE OR IT WAS NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED
- Clintscigars will refund your credit card for the amount of the product you purchased including any taxes.
- The costs of shipping and handling to send you the original product will be refunded.
- Clintscigars will reimburse you $x.xx for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
- Clintscigars will refund your credit card. Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation
3. RETURN A PRODUCT - I WANT TO EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE
- Items purchased on Clintscigars may not be exchanged
- Please return your product and a credit card refund will be issued based on Return and Credit guidelines above.
- A new order must be placed to receive your replacement item.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, for a refund to be approved.
All products purchased on Clintscigars must be returned through this process and may not be returned to any other store. Clintscigars Products purchased anywhere else may not be returned to Clintscigars.com or other applicable websites
TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S):
1. Place the product(s) to return and the completed Return Form (NOTE: Should be available on website and an insert in the package) in the original box or equivalent packaging
2. Print and place on the package the Return Shipping Label (NOTE: Should be available on website and an insert in the package).
3. Return shipments must be sent via a shipping method that can be tracked (UPS, Fedex, or USPS with insurance).
GIFT RETURNS:
If you received Clintscigars.com product(s) as a gift, we will only refund the credit card of the party that purchased the gift. All the rules for returning a product that are detailed in our guidelines above will apply.
SHIPPING:
Clintscigars will (including any partners and/or subcontractors) ship all products purchased through our online store at Clintscigars.com (and/or other applicable sites) to US addresses, including the 48 continuous states, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, FPO/APO addresses (some restrictions may apply). Clintscigars does not ship products purchased through our online store at Clintscigars.com (and/or other applicable sites) outside the United States.
Clintscigars.com online store usually processes orders within 1 to 2 business days. This time period is in addition to the shipping time below. You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 days.
Clintscigars.com offers the following shipping methods for products purchased through its online store at 6Shooterjunction.com (and/or other applicable sites).
1. UPS Ground for the 48 contiguous states
2. Fedex 3 Day for all U.S. states and territories
When Fedex is being used for shipping to a private residence, the shipping rates include a residential surcharge. We reserve the right to choose a different method and carrier for, FPO/APO addresses.
ORDER TRACKING OPTIONS:
Clintscigars.com will send you a confirmation e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted on the website. This e-mail will confirm the items and quantities ordered, the amount to be charged to your credit card (including taxes and shipping) and the shipping method selected.
Clintscigars.com will send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the items shipped, the shipping method (UPS or FedEx) and the tracking number for carrier.
